  Zen Air Heating and Cooling is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field within the HVAC industry. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to help develop and implement strategies that boost our brand presence, engage customers, and support business growth.
• Responsibilities

  Zen Air Heating and Cooling is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist in the following key areas:

  • Help create and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing content for marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to measure effectiveness and guide future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and customer service) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and consistent.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.
• Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous marketing experience or coursework is a plus, but not required.
